Some software manufacturers offer/ed temporary licenses, the use of which - otherwise only within the university - is now also possible on private end devices within the framework of teaching. This allows students to work on exercises or laboratory tasks on their own computer at home.
Compoter use from home (VDI@home, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering)[Bearbeiten | Quelltext bearbeiten]
Temporary access to Software from home is possible for students of mechanical engineering.
This allows, for example, 3D modelling as usual or simulations to be carried out on the pool room computers. Access must be via VPN and via a special network. If you need access, please contact your supervisor in the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering or some of the teachers of Mechanical Engineering will offer access to your students in the context of courses.
