This template works exactly like {{tl}} but it allows you to give display a label text.
{{tla|colors|link to colors template}}→ {{link to colorstemplate}}
When the second parameter is omitted, the original template name is displayed (i.e. {{tla}} reverts to {{tl}}):
{{tla|colors}}→ {{colors}}
